Chem-tect Vinyl ester glass flake systems offer long-term corrosion protection across the full pH range of 1-14. It is particularly good in acidic environments at high temperatures where epoxies are not effective. It is based on the combination of the highest quality Vinyl ester resin systems and different sizes of glass flake, offering a complete engineered solution for some of the most aggressive environments.  

Chem-tect RA™ 300

Excellent resistance to severe chemical, corrosive and abrasive environments. Ideally suitable for Caustic alkalies, hypochlorite bleaches & organic solvents. Temp. Res. Max.110°C.

Chem-tect™ RB 300C

Conductive version of RB 300. Used where combination of high chemical resistance & conductivity is required or when chemical environments can attack glass flake.

 

Chem-tect™ RB 300 AR Series

Excellent resistance to high temperatures, thermal ageing, severe chemical, corrosive and abrasive environments. Particularly designed for applications where high temperature, immersed environments exist. Providing resistance to a combination of aggressive chemicals and severe abrasion.  Suitable for new applications and refurbishment of tanks, pipes, chutes and fluid flow equipment.

 

Chem-tect™ RB 300

Excellent resistance to high temperatures, thermal ageing, aggressive chemicals including acids, corrosive and abrasive environments. Ideal tank lining. Temp. res. Max. 125ºC.

 

Chem-tect™ RC 300

Suitable for specialist applications and as a repair material. Offers outstanding adhesion properties to many substrates especially stainless steel, other metals and concrete.

 

Chem-tect™ 300C

Excellent adhesion to stainless steel, other metals & concrete. Superior elasticity & flexibility combined with high resistance to impact and severe mechanical stress.

 

Chem-tect™ RF 300 Series

Vinyelster glassflake high temperature up to 155ºC immerse, 180ºC atmospheric.

 

Epo-Chem series is based on a range of solvent-free Epoxy Resins reinforced with screened glass flake that can be applied to ferrous and nonferrous substrates. They form a durable long term barrier to weathering, corrosion and temperature. These coatings provide excellent long term corrosion protection making them ideal protection for various maintenance or new build applications.

Solvent-free, low odour, outstanding moisture tolerance. Very flexible, excellent chemical & abrasion properties.

 

A unique solvent-free, biocide-free, non-toxic and non-stick scrubbable hull coating.  An environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to conventional anti-fouling paints.  Providing a tough, impermeable barrier that does not provide support for marine growth.  Contains no solvents, biocides or harmful chemicals and there is no release of any toxic ingredients.

High density epoxy filler/metal putty. Rapid cure, machinable, used with RP 500 or RU 500 top coats.

Solvent-free, low odour, outstanding moisture/surface tolerant properties. A unique 100% solids epoxy primer suitable for any type of surface preparation e.g. mechanical preparation, UHP, grit blast etc. Specially designed for confine spaces, tank lining, and structural steel.

 

Ceramic coating, very hard wearing & abrasion resistant. Low friction finish to improve efficiency in fluid flow environments. Much higher temperature & chemical resistance than RP 500.

 

Solvent -free Novolac with very good thermal and chemical resistance. Specially designed for the most aggressive combination of high temp. & chemicals in immersed condition. Solvent -free, substitute of vinylester.

 

Multi-purpose, odour free, water-base epoxy primer with exceptional adhesion to all substrates. Barrier coat/ adhesion promoter between incompatible systems.

 

A ceramic-filled epoxy abrasion-resistant lining. A high-density, high-temperature epoxy lining designed for very aggressive abrasive environments.

 

Chemco’s range of self-levelling, solvent-free flooring systems are designed to withstand heavy traffic loads, chemical attack and can be formulated for many other uses.

Damp-crete™ RH 800

Clear. Extremely moisture tolerant for green and freshly laid concrete. Can be used as a sealant for concrete and priming for secondary coats.

 

Coatings designed for application in high temperature environments such as pipes, vessels, chimney stacks, flare stacks, precipitators etc. Coatings can be applied on hot or cold surfaces (up to 190°C) without the need to shutdown. High temperature coating solutions designed to withstand up to 100ºC Caustic process application

Hot-cote™ RA 900

Can be applied on hot or cold substrates up to 170ºC. Temp. resistance up to 550ºC. Single pack with exceptional UV, chemical resistance. Surface tolerant (MIO-ZINC) modified. Flair / Chimney stacks, pipework etc.

 

Hot-cote™ RG 900TC

Multi-purpose, single pack, water-based silicon topcoat with good corrosion resistance property.  Ideal for mufflers, ovens, chimneys, oven inserts, electric and gas heaters, hot stacks, high temperature   reaction tanks, etc.  Excellent heat resistance up to 350ºC.  Higher temperature possible up to 600ºC (based on metallic pigment).  Can be applied on hot surface up to 120ºC with care and full PPE (due to little co-solvent content of less than 5%).

 

Hot-cote™ RB 900

Can be applied on hot or cold substrates up to 170ºC. Temp. resistance up to 550ºC. Single pack with exceptional UV, chemical resistance. Ideally used as a top-coat/sealer. Allows tank lining to cure insitu.

 

Hot-cote™ RF 900

Epoxy based filled with ceramic, ideal for high temperature and acid resistance.

 

Hot-cote™ RD 900

High-Temperature Solvent-free Glassflake Epoxy. Provides a tough, impermeable barrier suitable for steel and concrete surfaces.
